In Loving Memory of Holly Setzler Ippolito (1957–2025)
From all of us at A Haven

It is with deep sorrow and profound gratitude that we remember and honor the life of Holly Setzler Ippolito, who passed away on May 22, 2025. Holly was more than a supporter of A Haven—she was a beacon of compassion, a steadfast advocate for grieving children and families, and a cherished member of our community.

Since joining our board in 2021, Holly served in a number of leadership roles with wisdom, heart, and grace—including as chair of the Governance Committee, vice president of the board, and most recently, as board secretary. Her guidance and dedication shaped not only our direction as an organization, but the spirit in which we carry out our mission.

Holly’s legacy is woven into the very fabric of A Haven. Her empathy, thoughtful counsel, and unwavering belief in the healing power of connection inspired all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Whether through her generous spirit or her quiet acts of kindness, Holly made a lasting impact on countless lives.

In lieu of flowers, Holly’s family has graciously requested that donations be made in her memory to A Haven. We are humbled by this gesture and committed to honoring her legacy by continuing the work she held so dear.

To Holly’s family, friends, and all who loved her—we extend our deepest condolences. Holly will forever be a part of our nest at A Haven. May her memory be a guiding light and a source of comfort in the days ahead.

With heartfelt remembrance,
The A Haven Team
